SuiteRecording Messaging Program Terms

1. Program Description

The SuiteRecording messaging program sends text (SMS) messages to individuals who have opted in. Messages may include booking and appointment notifications, reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional or marketing messages. By opting in, you agree to these Messaging Program Terms and to our Privacy Policy at suiterecording.com/privacy-policy.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the separate SMS consent box on our signup or contact form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the messages you have opted in to receive.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SuiteRecording does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

6. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again through our form or reply START where supported.

8. Rejoin

To resubscribe after opting out, complete the SMS consent step again on our signup or contact form, or reply START if supported by the program you left.

VERBATIM: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
